Website privacy policy

This page covers the website. Clinical privacy is covered separately in the Notice of Privacy Practices.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred days and times, which location interests you, and an optional short message for general questions. That is it.

The form is deliberately built to exclude protected health information. There are no fields for symptoms, diagnoses, date of birth, insurance identifiers or social security numbers, and the message field is limited and labeled for general questions only.

What this site does not do

  • No advertising or social media pixels, including Meta and Google Ads tags
  • No third-party analytics or session-replay tools
  • No selling or sharing of your information with anyone
  • No storing of form submissions in a browser database or local storage
  • No personal information placed in URLs, query parameters or confirmation pages

Email is not secure

Email and this website's contact form are not a secure channel. Please don't include confidential health information in either. Anything clinical belongs in a session or in the practice's secure client portal.

How inquiries are handled

Contact inquiries are read by Daniel Sapoznick only and are used to respond to you and arrange an initial consultation. They are kept no longer than needed for that purpose.

Your choices

You can ask what inquiry information is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing daniel@yourpacepsychotherapy.com. Please don't include health details in that request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here. Substantive questions about clinical records are answered in the Notice of Privacy Practices.
